NFIB Takes A Stand On SCOTUS & Regulatory Overreach

This week (3.18.2016) in small business, President Obama nominated Merrick Garland for the U.S. Supreme Court. For the first time in NFIB’s 73-year history, we will be vetting the Supreme Court nominee. http://www.nfib.com/JusticeforSmallBiz. NFIB is also remaining vocal about a recent USFWS regulation that will rob many business owners of their property value. NFIB has asked the agency to rescind this regulation and will file a legal complaint if they do not comply. http://www.NFIB.com/Legal. Plus, an election update. http://www.nfib.com/Elections
